This cottage cheese-semolina pie is prepared in a multicooker without adding flour and oil. It resembles a soufflé with the most delicate curd taste, moderately sweet, aromatic and very appetizing.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 glass of kefir;
- - 0.5 cups of semolina;
- - 5 eggs;
- - a bag of baking powder and vanilla sugar;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the semolina with kefir, stir, leave for a while to swell the semolina. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Put the whites in the refrigerator for now, the yolks are needed for whipping.
Step 2
Combine cottage cheese, 5 egg yolks, salt, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Stir with a mixer, slowly adding semolina with kefir. Take out the proteins, beat them until firm peaks, gently spoon into the curd mass, stirring from bottom to top.
Step 3
Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with a small amount of oil, sprinkle with semolina, carefully lay out the dough. Cook for 50 minutes in Baking mode, then keep the pie in the slow cooker for another 10 minutes without taking it out. If your multicooker is large, then cook the pie not 50, but 60 minutes.
Step 4
Gently remove the finished cottage cheese-semolina pie from the multicooker by running a spatula along the edges of the bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve.
