If you are thinking of how to please loved ones or surprise guests, cook chicken fillet in cheese. The dish is obtained with a delicate creamy cheese taste and aroma of herbs. Cooking chicken fillet will not take much time, and the finished dish will bring real pleasure at the festive table.

- 1 kg of chicken fillet;
- 300 g of hard cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 300 ml cream;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- aromatic herbs and condiments;
- a few basil leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillets into portions. Place each piece under plastic wrap and beat lightly with a wooden mallet on both sides. Season each bite lightly.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and finely chop or chop in a blender.
Step 3
Make a creamy chicken fillet sauce. Break one egg into a deep bowl. Beat the egg with a mixer until frothy. Add cream, minced garlic, aromatic herbs and seasonings of your choice (thyme, rosemary, curry), and salt and black pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 4
Take a deep plate and place the chicken fillet pieces into it. Pour the creamy sauce over the meat, cover the plate with cling film and let sit for 30 minutes.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater or chop it in a blender. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes washed under running water and peel them off. Using a sharp knife, cut each tomato into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Peel the onions and cut them into thin rings.
Step 6
Take a fireproof mold with high sides. Place the chicken fillet pieces in it. On top of each piece of fillet, put onion sliced into rings, one tomato circle, 1-2 leaves of basil and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Pour over the rest of the creamy sauce.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the dish with the dish in it. Bake the chicken fillet for 40-45 minutes. The finished dish should have a baked cheese crust.
Step 8
Carefully remove the finished dish from the oven and place on plates. Serve puffed mashed potatoes, boiled rice, or vegetable salad as a side dish.
