For the cake you will need: biscuits - 750 gr; walnuts - 50 gr; raisins - 50 gr; condensed milk - 250 gr; butter - 100 gr; sour cream - 100 gr.

For the glaze you will need: butter - 100 gr; carob or cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.; condensed milk - 3 tbsp. l.; water - 80 ml.

Break all the cookies into small pieces. Place these pieces in a large bowl. Then rinse the walnuts. Place a skillet over low heat and brown the walnuts until crisp. Chop toasted nuts or grind with a special blender attachment. Wash the raisins in warm water.

Combine raisins, chopped nuts, and cookies. Next, start preparing the cream and chocolate glaze. For the cream, whisk or use a blender to whisk the following ingredients: sour cream, condensed milk and butter.

To make the chocolate frosting, melt the butter over low heat. Meanwhile, combine the condensed milk, carob or cocoa and water. Gently pour the mixture into the melted butter, stir until smooth, and turn off the heat.

Combine the pastry with the cream. Mix well with your hands. Lay out the mass in a slide like an anthill. If desired, you can give the cake any shape. You can put and tamp the mass in a rectangular or round dish. Then do not forget to line the bottom with cling film or baking paper to easily remove the finished cake.
