Instructions

Step 1

Place a can of condensed milk in a deep saucepan and fill it completely with water. Cook for 2 hours. Make sure that the water level does not go down and does not open the can, otherwise it may explode and you will have to wash the sticky ceiling. If you already have a sad experience of cooking condensed milk, then take a purchased ready-made can.

Step 2

Combine the sifted flour and butter in a bowl, add granulated sugar and sour cream. Knead the dough with your hands. Give it a ball shape. Place in a bag in a cool place for an hour.

Pass strong cooled dough through a meat grinder. Spread the resulting minced meat in a thin layer on a baking sheet. Do not press down on the dough, it should keep the shape of the worms. Place in the oven. Make sure that the dough does not burn.

Remove the baked goods from the oven. Heat it lightly with a pestle directly on a baking sheet. The dough should fall apart into small pieces.

Make a cream. Place the pieces of butter in a mixing bowl. Dump the boiled condensed milk out of the jar. Whisk in the cream.

Make a chocolate frosting. Melt the dark chocolate bar in the microwave with a tablespoon of milk. Pour the hot frosting over the cake.
