It is necessary

  • - 10 unripe bananas;
  • - 100 g of chopped walnuts;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 50 g of light raisins;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of coconut;
  • - ground cardamom, nutmeg;
  • - butter for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces. Heat 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil in a deep frying pan, fry the nuts until brown. Add washed and dried raisins, stir, add spices, stir and remove from heat.

Step 2

Heat the remaining oil, fry the bananas until brown specks appear (a dense crust may form at the bottom of the pan). Add sugar little by little and stir until thickened. You should get a homogeneous mass. Remove from heat, cool.

Step 3

Divide the cooled banana puree into 14 equal parts, mix one of them with the nut mass. Roll each of the remaining pieces into a cake, make a shallow hole with the pad of your thumb, put a few nuts mixed with a banana in it, and connect the edges. After that, roll each blank between your palms into a ball.

Step 4

Fry the resulting balls in a deep fat fryer until brown (cooking time - about 2 minutes, temperature - 180 ° C). Put in a colander, let the oil drain. Without cooling, sprinkle with coconut, immediately serve as a snack for sweet cocktails or as an independent original dish.
