Sable with chocolate filling is a French cuisine dish. Sablé is a shortbread cookie. The delicacy turns out to be very tasty and crumbly.

- - 350 g flour
- - 2 eggs
- - 120 g butter
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 40 ml of milk

Step 1
First, cut the butter into cubes. Then mix the flour and butter, rub well into crumbs with your hands.

Add baking powder and icing sugar, stir everything. Beat the eggs in a mixer until smooth.

Add the eggs to the flour mixture, stir until smooth and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in foil and place in a cold place for 20-25 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then add milk and mix everything well. Let the chocolate mixture cool.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Put one part in the refrigerator, roll the second into a layer 3 mm thick, use a glass to cut out circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm, also do with the second part of the dough.
Step 6
Place the chocolate filling on top of the circle, then cover with another circle and pinch the edges.
Step 7
Place the saber on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
