Preparation:

  1. The first thing to do is make a delicate rice padding. Bring the water to a boil with melted butter. Put coarse rice in boiling water. Cook the rice over the lowest heat until it absorbs all the water. Add milk to boiled rice. Cook the rice under a closed lid over the lowest heat for about 30 minutes. All this time, the rice needs to be stirred occasionally. Season the dish with salt and black pepper. Cool the rice filler.
  2. Next, mix the following ingredients: water, rye flour with salt. You should have a smooth dough. Roll it into a sausage. Divide the dough sausage into 20 equal pieces. From each piece of dough, make a circle with an approximate diameter of 15 centimeters. Fold the mugs in a pile, sprinkling each of them with flour, this will prevent the rounds from sticking to each other.
  3. Set the oven to 250 degrees. Remove flour from the circles and put 1, 5-2 tablespoons of rice filler in the center of each dough piece. Raise the edges of the circles and squeeze them with an accordion to make something like a vase.
  4. Put the pies on a baking sheet and bake them for about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Now you need to prepare the egg oil. Stir the butter with hard-boiled eggs, which must be finely chopped.
  6. Serve the pies warm together with egg oil. Light beer or schnapps will be an excellent drink for such pies.
