Ingredients:

• 3 large tomatoes;

• ½ tbsp. lentils;

• 1 onion;

• ½ carrots;

• 1 large potato;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• 50 ml. plain water;

• 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;

• 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;

• ½ tsp. basilica;

• ½ tsp. oregano;

• salt and pepper mixture.

Preparation

1. Rinse and boil the lentils, following the instructions on the package.

2. Peel and wash the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into small cubes and the carrots into short strips.

3. Pour 3 tbsp into a frying pan. l. oil and warm it up well.

4. Put onion in hot oil and fry it until golden brown. Then put the carrots to the onion and fry everything together until tender, stirring occasionally.

5. At the end of frying, pour the tomato paste diluted with plain water into a frying pan. Then add the lentils. Season all this with salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the pulp from all halves, making it with a teaspoon.

7. Cut the tomato pulp into small cubes, put in a frying pan with vegetables and lentils and stir. put out the pans over low heat for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat and leave to cool.

8. Peel the potatoes, rub on a coarse grater, squeeze out with your hands and put on a plate. Add 1 tbsp. l. oils, salt, pepper and garlic, passed through a garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.

9. Stuff the tomato halves with the cooled vegetable mass, sprinkle with grated potatoes with spices, put on a baking sheet and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
