Everyone knows how the Finns love fish, this is their element. So their pies are exclusively fishy, juicy and nutritious.
  It is necessary
- - 200 g rye flour;
 - - 200 g of wheat flour;
 - - 200 g of water;
 - - 50 g butter;
 - - 800 g of fish fillet;
 - - 200 g bacon;
 - - 2 onion heads;
 - - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
 - - 1 egg yolk;
 - - salt and pepper.
 
Instructions
Step 1
Take a deep and wide bowl, sift the rye and wheat flour into it, form a lump of flour. Make a depression in it and carefully pour 200 g of water into it. Knead the dough by adding salt and butter.
Step 2
Form the dough into a rectangle, roll it out and fold in half. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Dice the bacon and onion. Fry in a hot frying pan, roll the mass together with the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and add cream. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out into a rectangle (not very thin). Place the filling on one part and cover with the other part of the dough. Grease the edges with yolk and glue by pinching them.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Place the cake in the oven and bake for 3 hours.
Step 6
When the cake is ready, it will need to be wrapped in a napkin for a while. Then free from it and cut into portions. Pour the resulting pieces with melted butter and serve.
