  • - 750 ml sour cream
  • - 430 g granulated sugar
  • - 1/2 tsp. soda
  • - 750 g flour
  • - 200 g prunes
  • - 200 g dried apricots
  • - 200 g raisins
  • - 120 g nut

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the filling. Rinse thoroughly prunes, raisins and dried apricots, pour boiling water over. Keep dried fruits in water until they swell. Then grind each type of dried fruit with a blender or meat grinder. Then put them together.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. Whisk together 250 ml sour cream and 370 g granulated sugar. Pour flour in a thin stream and mix until smooth, knead the dough. Divide the dough into three equal parts. Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm thick rectangular slab. Brush with the filling and roll into a roll.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and brush with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Bake this way three more times.

Step 4

Roast the nuts in the oven. Then grind with a pusher to a medium crumb. Cut the roll into pieces.

Step 5

Prepare the cream. Beat the granulated sugar and sour cream until smooth.

Step 6

On a large platter, place the slices of the first roll and pour over the cream, then sprinkle with the nuts. Do this two more times, alternating. Refrigerate overnight or 6-10 hours.
