It is necessary

  • - 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • - 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • - a pinch of salt
  • - 3 tbsp. l. starch
  • - 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • - 700 g of cottage cheese
  • - 150 g granulated sugar
  • - 100 g of white chocolate
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 75 g butter
  • - 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave. Use a teaspoon to spread the various shapes of chocolate drops on the parchment. Place in the freezer.

Step 2

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grind the yolks with granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and white butter. Whisk the whites. Add starch and cottage cheese, stir. Add whipped egg whites to the curd mass and stir.

Step 3

Take 1 tbsp. curd mass, add 1 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. melted dark chocolate, stir until smooth. Roll balls of different diameters.

Step 4

Put the curd mass in a dish lined with baking paper, spread the chocolate balls on top of the mass. Immerse them at different depths with a skewer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1-1.10 hours. Remove from oven, cool and leave for 6-8 hours.

Step 5

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and add the oil. Apply white chocolate in several layers to the curd and refrigerate to freeze a little.

Step 6

Transfer the curd to a clean parchment sheet and spread the chocolate wedges over the entire surface. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
