It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 50 grams of butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of cold water;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 100 grams of frozen peeled shrimp;
- - 6 eggs;
- - 100 grams of hard cheese;
- - 100 grams of mayonnaise;
- - 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard;
- - a bunch of dill and parsley.

Step 1
Dough preparation
Mix flour with salt, add butter, cut into pieces, pour in water and knead the dough; roll it into a ball, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Preparation of the filling
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop finely. Rinse and chop the dill and parsley. Mix eggs, herbs, mayonnaise and mustard. Defrost the shrimps and chop medium-sized.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on a floured table into a layer 1 cm thick and slightly larger than the baking dish. Moisten the mold with water, put the dough on it, form sides, prick the dough in several places with a fork. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, put the shrimps on top and cover with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
