  • lemon zest - 1 tsp,
  • dill greens - a bunch,
  • capers - a handful
  • table vinegar - 5 tablespoons,
  • salt and pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the potatoes and boil them in a peel. Cool, peel, cut into cubes.

Step 2

Wash green onions and chop, combine with potato cubes. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3

Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, marinate it for 15 minutes in vinegar with vegetable oil. Add the finished onion to the total mass.

Step 4

Boil the beans, add to the salad. Canned beans can be used. Wash the cucumber, chop finely. Mix with vegetables.

Step 5

Prepare a dressing for the salad. Mix vegetable oil and lemon juice. Add capers and lemon zest. Chop the dill greens, combine with the rest of the ingredients. The dressing in the salad is an important ingredient, it adds piquancy.
