Cooking in a multicooker retains the greatest number of useful properties. Thus, trout with vegetables is not only very tasty and rich, but also very healthy.

- - trout fillet 3 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - mustard 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - sweet pepper 2 pcs.;
- - celery root 100 g;
- - zucchini 1 pc.;
- - leeks 200 g;
- - sauerkraut 200 g;
- - olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - chopped parsley 2 tbsp. spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the trout fillet, pat dry with a paper towel. Brush with mayonnaise and mustard on both sides. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the pepper, zucchini, carrots and celery, dry, cut into thin strips. Do not forget to peel the carrots. Mix vegetables with cabbage and herbs, salt and pepper. To make the fish the most spicy and tasty, you can marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce and lemon, and sprinkle the finished dish with balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Pour the olive oil into a slow cooker, then put half of the vegetables, fillet slices on top, cover with the remaining vegetables. Cook for 1 hour with the Stew program. You can serve trout with vegetables as an independent dish, as well as with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
