Vegetable casserole is not only healthy, but also delicious. It can be offered at any time of the day. It is not difficult to prepare this dish, and most importantly, any vegetables are used to prepare casseroles.

- - chanterelle mushrooms - 500-600 g;
- - fat cream - 250 ml;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - butter - 3 tablespoons;
- - olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - sage - a small bunch;
- - rosemary - 1 sprig;
- - nutmeg - 0, 5 pcs.;
- - Parmesan cheese - 200 g;
- - salt and ground pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes in running water, peel them. Dip the potatoes into a convenient saucepan, add water, add a little salt. Bring water and potatoes to a boil, reduce heat, cook potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water, cool the vegetables, then cut the fruits into circles.
Step 2
Prepare a baking dish. Lubricate the inside with butter. Arrange the potato circles in the shape. It is necessary to lay the circles in the form of tiles. Next, use half the cooked sage, chop it up and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Step 3
Mix cream in a volume of 125 ml with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Pour the resulting mixture over the potato layout. Heat the oven to 220-230 degrees, set the dish with food. Bake the dish for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the chanterelles, cut into pieces. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil. Put the mushrooms in a skillet, fry the chanterelles on all sides for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Top the fried mushrooms with the second part of the sage, a wedge of minced garlic and finely chopped rosemary. Cook the resulting composition in a pan for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
Put the finished composition on potato circles. Spread the second part of the cream over the surface of the mushrooms. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the cream. Melt the remaining butter and pour over the cheese shavings.
Step 7
Bake the semi-finished product for 15 minutes in the oven. Cool the finished dish a little and divide into portions.
