Mini donuts for literally one bite are great for friendly teas. They turn out to be very airy, tender and melting in the mouth.

- For impregnation:

- - 70 gr. Sahara;
- - a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190C. Lubricate a mold for mini-muffins (for 24 pcs.) With vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dough: sugar, margarine, nutmeg, milk, baking powder and flour. Beat with a mixer for about 20 seconds.
Step 3
We spread the dough into a mold.
Step 4
We bake donuts for 15 minutes.
Step 5
At this time, we prepare the ingredients for the impregnation: melt the vegetable oil or margarine in one bowl, and in the second we mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Step 6
Remove the finished and slightly cooled donuts from the mold, dip one by one in oil and immediately roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
