Caramel cheesecake is a French cuisine dish. To make caramel, you need to mix condensed milk and granulated sugar. But you do not need to mix into a homogeneous mass with curd cheese. It turns out a very tasty treat.

- - 165 g butter
- - 1/2 tbsp. l. cream
- - 1/2 tbsp. l. gelatin
- - 750 g of curd cheese
- - 200 g brown sugar
- - 1 can of condensed milk
- - almonds
Instructions
Step 1
First, crush the cookies into crumbs. Then add 125 g of melted butter and mix everything well.
Step 2
Take a baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Lay out the base and make the sides, cover with foil and put in a cold place for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Soak the gelatin in the cream. Whisk the curd cheese with 155 g of granulated sugar until smooth.
Step 4
Mix condensed milk and 45 g of granulated sugar, 40 g of butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add gelatin to curd cheese and stir well. Then add the caramel, but be careful not to mix. There should not be a homogeneous mass. Spread the mixture on the base and store in a cold place for 4-6 hours.
Step 6
Fry the almonds in a skillet and garnish the cheesecake.
