Cooking cheesecake

Pour the filling over the baked tin. Place the caramel cheesecake in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° C, then lower the temperature to 160 ° C and bake the caramel cheesecake for another 30-35 minutes.

Leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door ajar for half an hour. Then cool at room temperature. Pour the remaining caramel over the cooled cheesecake.
