Incredibly delicious dish. There are options in spices, but this is exclusively for an amateur. Looks pretty aesthetically pleasing on a platter. A slightly spicy, but at the same time juicy and extremely tasty filling comes out using this recipe.
It is necessary
- • 6-7 potatoes;
- • 1 glass of bread crumbs;
- • 150 g of cheese (Tilsiter can be used);
- • 600 g mixed minced meat;
- • 2 chicken eggs;
- • 0.5 l of vegetable oil;
- • 1 onion;
- • a handful of pine nuts;
- • salt;
- • cinnamon;
- • pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes, grate on a fine grater.
Step 2
Twist the onion into the minced meat, mix, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water.
Step 3
Then chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Add greens, salt, spices, nuts to the minced meat, mix gently.
Step 5
Grate cheese into potatoes on a fine grater, break eggs, add to potatoes, pepper, salt.
Step 6
Roll up small balls of minced meat and breaded with a potato fur coat.
Step 7
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Deep-fry until tender.
