Step 1

Put the minced meat in a bowl, add two types of pepper, ground black and red, salt a little.

Break three slices of the bun into small pieces, put them in a small cup and pour six tablespoons of milk from two glasses, leave for 10 minutes.

Knead the bun in milk and add to the minced meat.

Peel the onion and two cloves of garlic, finely chop and add to the minced meat, sprinkle with curry a little. Mix the minced meat well and beat it a little against the sides of the bowl.
