Any side dish can be supplemented with a wonderful meat dish - meatballs in the most delicate milk sauce. Meatballs are best made with mixed minced meat, as they will be much tastier.
It is necessary
- 600 grams of mixed minced meat,
- one onion,
- two cloves of garlic
- three slices of a bun,
- two glasses of milk
- a tablespoon of flour
- 30 grams of butter
- 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- salt and ground pepper to taste,
- some fresh herbs for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add two types of pepper, ground black and red, salt a little.
Break three slices of the bun into small pieces, put them in a small cup and pour six tablespoons of milk from two glasses, leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Knead the bun in milk and add to the minced meat.
Peel the onion and two cloves of garlic, finely chop and add to the minced meat, sprinkle with curry a little. Mix the minced meat well and beat it a little against the sides of the bowl. We wet our hands in water and begin to form meatballs (the size of meatballs can be different, who likes what).
Step 3
The meatballs are ready, now let's turn to the milk sauce. Heat vegetable and butter in a frying pan, add flour and stir well. Add milk little by little, stir, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the meatballs into the milk sauce, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the lid and turn the meatballs over, cook for another 20 minutes. Add chopped dill to the finished meatballs, cover with a lid and let it brew.
Serve fragrant and tasty meatballs with your favorite side dish, pour sauce on top. Vegetable salad can be added to the meatballs.
