  • - a kilogram of flour;
  • - 600 ml of water;
  • - 25 ml of olive oil;
  • - yeast (5 g);
  • - salt;
  • - 70 ml of cheese sauce;
  • - 20 ml ketchup or tomato sauce;
  • - 80 g of Mozzarella cheese;
  • - 45 g of Asiago cheese;
  • - 45 g of Taleggio cheese;
  • - 45 g of Gorgonzola cheese;
  • - 45 g of Brie cheese;
  • - pear;
  • - walnuts;
  • - cherry tomatoes;
  • - olives;
  • - arugula.

Instructions

Step 1

Add 600 ml of water, one kilogram of flour, a little olive oil, a pinch of salt to a deep bowl and knead the dough thoroughly. Divide the dough into equal proportions, about two hundred grams each, cover with a bowl or towel and leave the dough aside to "rest" for three to four hours.

Step 2

Roll out the dough thinly and place in the oven for two to three minutes. Then grease the pizza with cheese and tomato sauces, spread the Mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire surface. Cut the remaining cheeses into small cubes. Visually divide the pizza into four equal parts and put each type of cheese not on the whole pizza, but separately, each on its own part.

Step 3

Place the pizza in the oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes. Top the pizza with olives, cherry tomatoes, pear slices, walnuts, arugula and herbs.
