It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - premium flour - 200 g;
  • - drinking water - 120 ml.
  • For filling:
  • - minced meat - 400 g;
  • - green onions - a bunch;
  • - garlic - 4-5 cloves;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • - vodka - 1 tbsp.;
  • - sesame oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - butter - 150-200 g;
  • - salt, pepper, ginger - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare food. Knead unleavened dough from water and flour on a work table. Add a small amount of salt to the water if desired. Cover the finished dough with a wet towel, leave to rest.

Step 2

Prepare minced meat or use ready-made. Rinse the onion in running water, dry, chop finely. Peel the garlic, crush with the flat side of a knife, chop. Combine minced meat with garlic, finely chopped green onions and other ingredients. Stir the food well. For a juicier filling, beat off the minced meat. To do this, take a piece of meat with your hand and throw it on the table with force, repeat the action several times.

Step 3

Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll out thin cakes from each one at a time. Divide the cake into four sections mentally. Place the meat filling on three of them. Smooth out the minced meat in a thin layer. With a knife, make a cut on one side of the free sector along the radius.

Step 4

Wrap the dough over the adjacent minced meat sector. Then turn again to the adjacent minced meat sector. When folding the sectors, fasten the dough along the edges with a pinching motion. The result should be a triangle. Use a rolling pin to gently roll it out to fit the pan.

Step 5

Heat a skillet over high heat. Brush with butter. Reduce heat to medium, fry the cakes on both sides. Cook on each side for at least 2 minutes, until golden brown. Grease the finished Chinese meat cakes generously with butter and serve.
