  • - mayonnaise - 200 g;
  • - garlic - 3 cloves;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1

To prepare a dough for baking pancakes from the liver, several manipulations are necessary. Wash the chicken liver, cut into small pieces, mince or process with a blender.

Then wash the eggs, break them into a separate container, mix. Combine liver, eggs, milk and flour. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and baking powder. Put the resulting mass in small portions in a hot pan, fry on both sides.

Having prepared the liver dough pancakes, leave the semi-finished products on a platter, start preparing the filling.

To create a layer, you need to peel the cloves of garlic, then pass them through a press. Grate the cheese on a medium-sized grater. Combine cheese, garlic, mayonnaise and pepper in one bowl.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Grate clean carrots, fry together with onions in hot vegetable oil. After frying, you can add 2 tablespoons of water, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Use the salt to your liking.

Step 6

Collect stacks of liver pancakes, determine the height yourself. Spread each pancake with mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle with onions and carrots.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Set the baking tray with the mini pâté cakes for 10 minutes. Cool the finished liver puffs a little, garnish with herbs and cherry tomatoes.
