Instructions
Step 1
Scroll the onion and liver through a meat grinder, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add the egg, flour, salt, pepper, marjoram. Mix everything well.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put small circles of liver with a spoon, fry on both sides.
