Real French cheese soup is a gourmet meal. This soup is easy to make. It only takes 50 minutes to cook.

Step 1
Put meat in a saucepan, pour water. Let it boil, add a little salt, a little black peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook for about twenty minutes. Then remove the chicken fillet.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Dice the onion. Grate the carrots. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Grate the processed cheese or cut into cubes.
Step 3
Add the potatoes to the boiling chicken stock. Lightly fry in butter. Put onions, then carrots, salt and pepper. Add frying to soup, cook for seven minutes.

Add chopped meat, cook for four minutes, add melted cheese, mix, turn off heat.
