This delicate soup is very easy to prepare and inexpensive. You will delight all members of your family with such an exquisite dish. The dish can be eaten both for lunch and dinner.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of potatoes;
- - 200 g of processed cheese;
- - 180 g of carrots;
- - 400-500 g of chicken meat;
- - 150 g onions;
- - butter;
- - ground pepper;
- - Bay leaf;
- - allspice peas;
- - greens;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan and add chicken meat. As soon as the broth boils, add a few peas of allspice and ground black pepper, 2-3 bay leaves, 1 tsp. salt.
Step 2
From the moment of boiling, cook the broth for 20 minutes. Then remove the meat.
Step 3
Peel and dice the potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots. Cut the meat into small pieces. Grate or cut the processed cheese into small cubes.
Step 4
Add the chopped potatoes to the boiling broth.
Step 5
While the potatoes are cooking, lightly fry in oil. Place the onions first and then the carrots. Season with a little salt and pepper. Add the prepared frying to the soup and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the sliced meat. Cook the soup for another 3-4 minutes, then add the melted cheese, stir well and turn off the heat.
