It is necessary

  • - 1 chicken weighing 1.5-2 kg,
  • - 8-12 pcs. small potatoes (1 kg),
  • - 2 small zucchini (300 g),
  • - 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (34-51 ml),
  • - 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice (36 ml),
  • - 1/4 tsp. dry herbs (coriander, thyme, savory),
  • - salt,
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Divide the chicken into portions and rinse. Put all the chicken pieces in a bowl. Mix spices, salt and lemon juice.

Step 2

Put the spice mixture on the chicken and mix thoroughly with your hands with the chicken pieces. Let the meat stand for 30-40 minutes in a spicy marinade.

Step 3

Rinse the potatoes well. Cut small tubers into 2 parts without peeling off the peel. If you do not have small potatoes, then you can cut the large one into 3 parts.

Step 4

Wash the courgettes and cut into thin slices.

Step 5

Put the marinated meat on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Place potatoes and zucchini around the meat, alternating between them. Sprinkle potatoes and zucchini with vegetable oil and salt a little.

Step 6

Put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the weight of the chicken.
