  • For the filling, take:
  • - fresh or frozen lingonberry - 150 grams;
  • - wheat flour - 1 tablespoon.

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Grind the yolks with granulated sugar. Whisk the whites into a foam.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add butter. Remove the liquid mixture from the water bath, stir until smooth. Mix the chocolate with the yolk mixture.
