- For the test you need:
- - butter, chocolate, sugar - 100 grams each;
- - three eggs;
- - wheat flour - 3 spoons;
- - ginger (powder), nutmeg - 3/4 teaspoon each;
- - cinnamon - 1.5 teaspoon;
- - one crushed clove.
- For the filling, take:
- - fresh or frozen lingonberry - 150 grams;
- - wheat flour - 1 tablespoon.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Grind the yolks with granulated sugar. Whisk the whites into a foam.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add butter. Remove the liquid mixture from the water bath, stir until smooth. Mix the chocolate with the yolk mixture.

Mix flour with spices (ginger, cinnamon, etc.), add to chocolate, mix.

Sprinkle flour on the lingonberries. Gently add whipped whites and berries to the dough. Stir with a spoon from bottom to top.
