  • Fish milk - 200-300 g;
  • Carrots - 1 pc. big size;
  • Onions - 1 head;
  • Several cloves of garlic;
  • Vegetable oil without aroma - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Ground red pepper optional.

Carrots must be washed, peeled and grated on a coarse shredder. Chop the onion in arbitrary pieces, chop the garlic with a knife as finely as possible. Now pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, put onions and carrots in it. Let the vegetables lightly fry, add fish milk, previously washed and cut into several pieces. Pour soy sauce and spices into the dish to taste.

Now you need to simmer the milk until cooked on minimal heat. When the dish is almost ready, add garlic to the pan, stir everything thoroughly, simmer for 5-7 minutes and can be removed from the stove. Before serving, it is recommended to let the dish brew for a quarter of an hour.
