It is necessary

  • - 6 cucumbers;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - 2 tbsp. dill spoons;
  • - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • - balsamic vinegar;
  • - black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the cucumbers, peel them, cut them into thin slices.

Step 2

Peel the onion too, chop it into half rings.

Step 3

Transfer the onion and cucumber to a bowl in layers, sprinkle each layer with salt. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4

In a small container, mix sour cream, sugar, chopped dill, and ground pepper. Pour in a small amount of vinegar, stir. The filling is ready.

Step 5

Remove the vegetables, squeeze out excess juice, transfer to a deep, clean dish.

Step 6

Pour sour cream sauce into the salad, mix. Put the salad back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then serve immediately.
