Try making juicy mushroom cutlets that do not require frying, and therefore are gentle on the body. Cutlets are not difficult to prepare and do not require an extensive list of products.
It is necessary
- mushrooms - 100 g
- bread - 300 g
- onions - 1 - 2 pieces
- salt, spices - to taste
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Wheat bread, better stale, to peel off - they are simply cut from all sides with a sharp knife. Cut the prepared bread into arbitrary slices and add water. Leave the bread for 5 to 10 minutes to soak in the liquid.
Step 2
In the meantime, peel the white onions, which need to be cut into convenient pieces and passed through a conventional meat grinder or grate without slicing. Immediately add spices to taste and bread to the onion, after squeezing out the water. Stir onion and bread until smooth and season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Any mushrooms can be used, including edible forest mushrooms, which will first need to be peeled and boiled. If you use cultivated mushrooms, such as champignons or oyster mushrooms, then they only need to be washed and cut into thin slices or small pieces.
Step 4
Mix the chopped mushrooms with the rest of the mixture. Form small cakes from the cutlet mass, put on a greased baking sheet.
Bake mushroom cutlets without eggs in a hot oven, heating it to a temperature of 200 degrees. Baking time approximately 30 minutes.
Mushroom patties can be served with any sauce you like, hot, warm or cold. Mushroom cutlets with fresh vegetable salad are good.
