Roll the prepared dough into a thin layer of about three to four millimeters, cut the dough into squares or rhombuses with a sharp knife (you can use special cookie cutters and cut figures with them).

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the figurines on it and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. A simple lean cookie is ready.

- four glasses of flour;

- 300 ml of water;

- 1/2 cup raisins;

- three tablespoons of sugar;

- a teaspoon of baking powder;

- a teaspoon of vanillin;

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Sift the flour, combine in a deep bowl with sugar, salt, vanilla and baking powder. Pour 250 ml of water into the resulting mixture, mix and look at the consistency of the dough. If it is too hard, then add more water, in the end it should turn out to be plastic and not sticky.

Rinse the raisins in hot water, pat dry and add to the dough. Roll out the finished dough into a layer about five millimeters thick, cut it into squares and pierce each square with a fork two or three times (this will shorten the cooking time of the cookies).

Line a baking sheet with oiled parchment, place cookies on it and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the cookies until browned on top. As soon as the cookies acquire a pleasant brownish tint, turn them over and put them back in the oven for 30 minutes, reducing its temperature to 100 degrees.

- two glasses of oatmeal;

- a glass of applesauce (can be replaced with pear, peach or any other);

- 1/3 cup raisins;

- 1/3 cup nuts (any to taste);

- three tablespoons of honey;

- three tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Lightly fry the oatmeal in a pan without adding oil (the flakes should darken slightly). Combine the flakes with applesauce, butter, honey and let sit for about 30 minutes (this is necessary for the flakes to swell). After the lapse of time, add the washed raisins and nuts to this mass, mix.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put small rounded portions of dough on it with a tablespoon and place in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for 60-80 minutes. Let the cooked cookies cool and serve.
