In the summer, you can cook many more dishes than at any other time of the year. And all because there are fresh berries! I suggest you make strawberry dumplings.
It is necessary
- - fresh strawberries - 2 glasses;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - wheat flour - 400 g;
- - buckwheat flour - 100 g;
- - water - 300 ml;
- - salt - 0.5 teaspoon.

Step 1
First you need to make a dough for future dumplings. Combine wheat and buckwheat flour and sift it in such a way that a hill forms. A small depression should be made in the resulting slide. Dissolve the water with salt and gradually pour it into this depression, while stirring the flour all the time. Then start kneading the dough.
Step 2
After kneading the dough, you need to roll it out and cut it into several strips, the width of which should be at least 15 centimeters. Rinse the berries, cut into several pieces, and then put them on strips of dough so that there is a distance of 7 centimeters between them. Sweeten the strawberries with sugar.
Step 3
Fold each strip of dough in half along the long side. Take a glass and use it to cut the dumplings so that they have a semicircle shape. It remains only to boil the water and cook them for 5-7 minutes. Strawberry dumplings are ready!
