Spaghetti with zucchini and parmesan is a wonderful and self-sufficient dish for all its simplicity. Everyone can enjoy such a simple yet delicious lunch. Alternatively, you can experiment with different ingredients of the dish, making it more original.
It is necessary
- - pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, tagliatelli);
- - 50 g parmesan;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 50 ml of broth or pasta water;
- - olive oil;
- - butter;
- - pepper, salt, thyme.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta until tender. Slice the zucchini very thinly (preferably with a vegetable peeler). Instead of zucchini, you can take one young zucchini.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add prepared zucchini, fry for one minute over high heat.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the pan, pour in the broth. Top up with grated Parmesan. Do not wait for the cheese to melt, stir the ingredients immediately.
Step 4
Divide the prepared pasta into two plates, add 1/2 teaspoon of butter to each, sprinkle with thyme leaves, serve immediately.
