For many, my mother used to cook curd casserole as a child. Children are growing up, now they are already spoiling their children with a variety of cottage cheese makers. Here is one of the options for curd with cherries - it turns out tender and tasty.

It is necessary

  • - 180 g of cottage cheese 9%;
  • - 180 g of cottage cheese 1, 8%;
  • - 140 g of curd cheese;
  • - 130 g of sugar;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 100 g semolina;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 400 g pitted cherries;
  • - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of starch;
  • - icing sugar, vanillin to taste.
