Fragrant bread with a thin crispy crust and fragrant filling will be a great addition to kebabs or vegetables cooked over the fire!
It is necessary
- Serves 4:
- - a small bunch of green onions;
- - 4 basil leaves;
- - 3 pickled artichokes;
- - a small pinch of pepper;
- - 1/3 cup chopped parsley;
- - 50 g butter;
- - a small pinch of salt;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 25 ml of crumbled feta;
- - a few sprigs of dill greens;
- - a small loaf of bread.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Grind the herbs in a food processor, then add the pickled artichokes and chop thoroughly again.
Step 3
Place the herbal artichoke mixture in a bowl. Chop the garlic finely (you can use the processor again) and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4
Mix crumbled feta, spices to taste and softened butter with the contents of the bowl (you should take it out of the refrigerator in advance).
Step 5
Cut the bread into pieces about 2 cm thick, without cutting to the end. Distribute the mixture between the slices, wrap the roll in foil and send to the oven for 25-30 minutes. Hot bread is especially good.
