Garam masala is a traditional Indian herb made from various spices. Classic dishes (for example, meatballs) with the help of garam masala acquire spicy oriental notes.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 4 persons;
- - 500 gr. minced meat;
- - onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 teaspoons of curry;
- - 2 teaspoons of ground cumin;
- - a teaspoon of garam masala seasoning mixture;
- - a quarter teaspoon of ground sweet pepper;
- - a pinch of red hot pepper;
- - a teaspoon of finely chopped fresh coriander;
- - an egg;
- - bread crumbs;
- - flour;
- - olive oil;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic and add to the minced meat along with the coriander, mix and season with all available spices.
Step 2
Break the egg into a bowl with minced meat, add 50 gr. breadcrumbs, salt a little if necessary and mix everything very thoroughly.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180C. We form small meatballs from minced meat, roll them in flour.
Step 4
In a frying pan in heated olive oil, fry the meatballs on all sides for 5 minutes. We put them in a mold, lightly greased with olive oil, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. You can serve meatballs with any sauce.
