It is necessary

  • For eight servings:
  • - 250 g cream cheese;
  • - 150 g wheat flour;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 150 g butter;
  • - 50 g of white chocolate;
  • - 10 tbsp. tablespoons of orange juice;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of vanilla sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla essence.

Instructions

Step 1

An hour before cooking, take out the butter, leave it at room temperature, it should be soft. When it becomes soft, beat it with a mixer, add sugar, continuing to beat for a few minutes. After that, beat in the chicken eggs one at a time, add the vanilla extract, pour in the orange juice, beat well. Sift flour with baking powder there, mix.

Step 2

Lubricate the muffin tins with oil. If you are using paper capsules, oil is of course not required for lubrication. Divide the dough into the tins, filling them 2/3 full, because the cupcake dough will rise slightly during the cooking process. Put the molds in the oven, cook for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 3

Cool prepared orange cupcakes. While they are cooling, prepare a cream to decorate them. Melt white chocolate, cool it, mix with cream cheese, add vanilla sugar. The cream is ready, decorate the top of the finished cupcakes with it. For a stronger orange flavor, you can garnish them with grated orange zest on top.
