- - 6 plastics of cheese;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the pieces of bread on the work surface. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts.
Step 2
Put pieces of cheese on the bread.
Step 3
We twist very tight rolls so that they do not open in the pan. We heat the butter and fry the rolls on each side, so that the bread becomes crispy and golden, and the cheese has time to melt.
Step 4
We serve hot rolls. They go very well with tomato soup.
