    • 1 tsp honey;

    • 1 bag of dry yeast;
    • 250 g warm milk;
    • 8 tbsp. l. sugar;
    • 1/2 tsp salt;
    • 2 cups flour
    • 4 eggs;
    • 110 g unsalted butter;
    • vegetable oil;
    • powdered sugar.

Salted yeast dough pretzels Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Beat eggs in a small bowl. Pour milk or water into a large container, pour yeast over the surface and stir. Add salt, sugar and honey. Stir again. Stir gently and add flour in a thin stream.

Remove the baking sheet with pretzels for 10-15 minutes in the oven, bake until even golden brown. Remove the pretzels from the oven and let cool. Eat warm. These pretzels can be frozen and reheated in a hot oven or microwave.

As soon as foreign fractions appear in the oil, replace it with a new portion. Place the finished dough pieces on paper towels to absorb excess fat and serve hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
