  • - chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • - canned pineapples (rings) - 1 jar;
  • - hard cheese - 150 g;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - mayonnaise;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - parsley - 1 branch.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water. Put it in a saucepan, pour water so that the contents of the pan are completely covered. Bring to a boil and cook at low temperature for 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender. At the end of the time, add 1 teaspoon of salt for 5-10 minutes. When the fillet is done, remove it from the saucepan and let cool.

Step 2

After cooling, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Drain excess liquid from canned pineapples. Set one ring aside. After that, cut the remaining pineapples and cheese into the same cubes. Peel the garlic and crush through a press, finely chop or grate on a fine grater and mix it with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Put all the ingredients - chicken fillet, cheese and pineapples in a salad bowl, add black ground pepper to taste and a couple of pinches of salt. Put the garlic-mayonnaise mass and mix everything well. Garnish the salad with the remaining pineapple ring and a sprig of parsley. Salad ready! It can be served immediately.
