It is necessary

  • - 560 g chicken fillet;
  • - 1 orange;
  • - 120 g of pineapple;
  • - 30 g of sugar;
  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 30 ml of soy sauce;
  • - 10 g of sesame seeds;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - 50 ml of pineapple juice;
  • - 10 g of garlic;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken across the grain into several slices. How to beat them off from one side and the other. You should make at least 12 chicken chops.

Step 2

Mix together soy sauce, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, chopped garlic. Pour this mixture over the chicken fillet and leave to marinate for at least 40 minutes.
