Everyone has long known that chicken goes well with pineapples, but if you add an orange as an experiment to such a dish, you can really get something really amazing.

- - 560 g chicken fillet;
- - 1 orange;
- - 120 g of pineapple;
- - 30 g of sugar;
- - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 30 ml of soy sauce;
- - 10 g of sesame seeds;
- - ground black pepper;
- - 50 ml of pineapple juice;
- - 10 g of garlic;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken across the grain into several slices. How to beat them off from one side and the other. You should make at least 12 chicken chops.
Step 2
Mix together soy sauce, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, chopped garlic. Pour this mixture over the chicken fillet and leave to marinate for at least 40 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the chops in a pan, preferably adding as little vegetable oil as possible.
Step 4
Slice the pineapple and orange, peel off the thin skin from the orange. Melt sugar in a frying pan with vegetable oil and put chopped fruits in it, fry them for 5-6 minutes.
Step 5
Place ready-made fruits on chicken chops, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper on top.
