If you have a healthy diet and love Brussels sprouts, try to cook them in breadcrumbs. It will completely retain all its useful properties and fill your home with aroma.

- -2 cups whole milk
- -Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- -2/3 cup grated smoked Gouda cheese
- - a pound of Brussels sprouts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To make the sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and beat until mixture starts to foam. Add milk gradually. Heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until mixture thickens, 12 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add smoked Gouda cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 3
Place the Brussels sprouts in a saucepan, add salt. Cook until kale is completely soft. Drain the water.
Step 4
Take a baking sheet. Pour the sauce from step 1 over the boiled Brussels sprouts, sprinkle with Gouda cheese, breadcrumbs and a pinch of sea salt on top. Bake everything in the oven until golden brown over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
