Grilled porcini mushrooms are an unusual part of cheese toast. Crispy toasts with fried mushrooms and cheese are favorite sandwiches in Bavaria. The dish goes well with cauliflower salads.
It is necessary
- - 80 ml. olive oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 10 porcini mushrooms;
- - 90 g of cheese;
- - 10 croutons;
- - 3 sprigs of parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking mushroom sauce. Stir the crushed salted garlic with black pepper and olive oil thoroughly.
Step 2
We wash and clean the porcini mushrooms. We cut all the mushrooms into beautiful halves.
Step 3
Gently rub our porcini halves with a mixture of garlic and olive oil. Leave them to soak in the sauce for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Place the mushroom halves on a well-heated grill and fry. When the mushrooms are browned on one side, turn over to the other and use a spoon to slightly grease the fried mushrooms with the remaining garlic sauce.
Step 5
Cooking 10 white bread croutons. Sprinkle cheese previously grated on a coarse grater on each hot toast of white bread.
Step 6
On top of the cheese, lay out two halves of the mushroom "jack". This must be done quickly so that the melted cheese sticks together the sandwich.
Step 7
Serve croutons decorated with parsley sprigs on the table.
