It is necessary
- - 6 slices of bacon;
- - 6 pcs. portobello mushrooms;
- - 1/3 large onion;
- - 1 tbsp. butter;
- - 50 g cream cheese;
- - 1/3 Art. your favorite barbecue sauce;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 120 g of grated Cheddar cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion into a cube as small as possible. Grate the garlic or chop very finely with a knife.

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Place the onion in it and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Add garlic and keep on fire for about a minute.

Rinse the portobello mushrooms and separate the caps from the legs.
Step 4
In a separate container, mix the grated Cheddar with cream cheese (Philadelphia is perfect). Add the sautéed onion and garlic mixture and spices. Stir and fill the caps with the filling.
Step 5
