Instructions
Step 1
Wash 0.5-0.6 kg of pulp under cold water and mince. Soak 1/4 of a bread loaf in milk, squeeze a little and also pass through a meat grinder to the minced meat. Finely chop fresh spices (pre-washed and slightly dried), add to the minced meat along with those spices that seem appropriate to you, salt. After that, mix the minced meat thoroughly, add 1 chicken egg to it. Mix everything well again. Form small balls about 5 centimeters in diameter, bread in flour and fry in a pan until crusty. Fry meatballs in odorless vegetable oil.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. To do this, fry 2 tablespoons of flour with vegetable oil in a pan, slowly pour in 1 cup of strained broth, stir constantly so that no lumps appear. Then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (you can also use grated 2 large juicy tomatoes), 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste, mix everything and boil the sauce for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Gently place the meatballs in a saucepan in several rows and cover them with the prepared sauce. Place the pot in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Serve the cooked meatballs with mashed potatoes, a little drizzled sauce on top.
