Saffron is an exquisite and rather expensive spice that gives the buns a golden, pleasant hue; cream cheese also plays a good role, which gives a special taste.

- -1 tsp saffron
- -1 tbsp. warm milk
- -500 g flour
- -1 bag of yeast
- -1 tsp salt
- -50 g sugar
- -50 g butter
- -100 g soft cream cheese
- -1 egg yolk
- -a handful of raisins
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the milk over the saffron, leave for 10 minutes, melt the butter, add to the milk.
Step 2
Mix yeast, flour, salt, sugar, make a small depression in the center. Pour the solution obtained in the first step into the depression, add cheese, knead the dough.
Step 3
Sprinkle the table with flour, knead the dough well, put it in a deep, oiled plate, cover with cling film, leave to rise for 1, 5 hours.
Step 4
Coat a baking sheet with oil. Knead the dough again, divide into several parts. Roll out the dough, shape into buns, place on a baking sheet, cover with cling film and leave for another half hour.
Step 5
Brush the buns with yolk, press the raisins into each bite. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
