Step 1
Light apple salad.
Cut green apples into small cubes. Add finely chopped celery spinach and chopped walnuts. Season with sour cream or olive oil.
Step 2
Light fruit salad.
Rinse thoroughly and remove the skin from the avocado, kiwi, lime and green apple. Cut the kiwi and avocado into rings. Cut the apple into cubes. Lime can be finely grated or cut into thin strips. Place all fruits in a salad bowl and season with mint sauce. Garnish with nuts when serving.
Step 3
Light salad with feta cheese.
Tear the green onions and salad with your hands or cut with culinary scissors. Cut the cheese and radish into cubes. Put all ingredients in a salad bowl and season with sour cream and dill sauce.
Step 4
Light fresh cabbage salad.
Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely. Cut the cucumbers into rounds. Cabbage can be cut into strips or torn by hand. Place in a salad bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with vegetable oil and parsley sauce.
Step 5
Light grilled chicken salad.
Cut the grilled chicken into small strips. Rinse cherry tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly and cut into round pieces. Tear lettuce leaves and green onions by hand or cut with cooking scissors. Season with a sauce of vegetable oil, parsley and lemon juice.
