Step 1

First of all, pass the flour through a sieve several times. Then mix it with granulated sugar and baking powder, that is, baking powder. Then add butter, softened to room temperature, and sour cream with a raw chicken egg there. Mix everything until smooth. You should have a fairly soft dough.

Step 2

Having rolled out the dough in the shape of a sausage, cut off 1/3 of it and remove it, wrapping it in food foil, in the freezer.

Cover a round baking dish, about 25 centimeters in diameter, with parchment paper and place the remaining dough on top of it. Also grease its sides with vegetable oil and shape the sides for the future apple pudding pie. Pour semolina onto the surface of the dough.

Pour the pudding out of the packs and dilute it in 6 tablespoons of milk. Then add granulated sugar there. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then pour the diluted pudding into it, stirring the mixture continuously.

Put the peeled and cut fruit in rather large cubes in a pan along with 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar and cinnamon. Put this mixture on the stove and simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

Put the stewed apples in a mold with dough and spread them evenly over the entire surface. Then pour the hot creamy pudding into the same place. Remove the frozen dough from the refrigerator, grate and sprinkle on top of the future apple-pudding pie.
