It is necessary

  • Butter 200 g
  • Powdered sugar 150 g
  • A pinch of salt
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Vanillin 1 sachet
  • Flour 250 g
  • Baking powder 0.5 tsp
  • Filling:
  • 500 g of any peeled berries (I used 250 g cherries and 250 g strawberries)
  • 9-10 tbsp corn starch
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, we take out the butter from the refrigerator. When we start cooking, it should be soft. Beat butter with powdered sugar until smooth and airy. Pour in two eggs, continue to beat for another three minutes.

Step 2

Sift flour with vanilla and baking powder into a separate bowl. Gradually, in small portions, add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture. First, beat everything with a mixer, and when the dough begins to thicken, we begin to knead it with our hands. It should be pretty steep and should keep its shape. We roll a large ball out of it and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

At this time, we are preparing the filling. Thoroughly rinse the peeled berries, put them in a saucepan and put on high heat. Add nine to ten tablespoons of cornstarch, add sugar, constantly tasting the filling. This amount of berries takes about a glass of sugar. Stir constantly, bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium power. Cook until thickened, about 7-10 minutes.

Step 4

We take out the dough from the refrigerator. Pinch off small pieces from it, form balls from them and distribute them with your fingers along the bottom and sides of silicone cupcake molds. Roll out a small layer of dough separately with a rolling pin and cut out figures from it with a cookie cutter.

Step 5

Put the filling inside each resulting basket. Above - a piece of dough cut out by a figurine. We put the tartlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then we take them out of the silicone molds and send them back to the oven for 10-15 minutes until browning. We take out of the oven and cool. Bon Appetit!
